Job description

As Major League Hacking's Senior Enterprise Account Executive you’ll be responsible for crafting partnerships that drive revenue for MLH and successful outcomes for our customers. Companies like GitHub, Amazon, Facebook, Twilio, Indeed, Adobe, and Amex already count on us to reach some of the world's most talented software engineers. You'll help expand that customer base by building relationships with engineering & talent decision makers.


  • Develop & maintain relationships with potential customers. You'll build a network of key marketing, engineering, and talent decision makers and work with them in a highly consultative settings to make build true partnerships with our customers and potential customers.
  • Structure, negotiate, & close new partnership deals. You'll identify business opportunities with your contacts and oversee those deals from inception to close, ensuring that we meet or exceed our revenue goals.
  • Partner cross-functionally to drive successful outcomes. You'll work with with leaders across the MLH team to align on our sales strategy and deliver compelling results for our customers.
  • Taking ownership of an existing book of business. You'll work with the MLH team to take over key accounts and get us prepared for a successful renewal cycle.

Salary Range:

$96,000 - $144,000

$120,000 OTE Commission

While we are presently remote due to COVID, our team has indicated a strong wish to return to in-person work and we will be adopting a hybrid schedule of three days a week in office and two days a week remote. For the right candidate we will explore remote options, but unless you have a reason that prevents it, it is greatly preferred that you work from our New York Headquarters or one of our developing offices in London, Seattle, or (pending) India.
